Refund Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for eligible wellness products.
Qualifying Conditions for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Products must not be marked as non-refundable, as specified below.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations can be made via email or phone. After 24 hours, orders may be processed and cannot be canceled.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds for:
- Opened products that are defective or damaged.
- Products returned after the refund window but within 60 days, subject to evaluation.
Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following items/services are non-refundable:
- Opened or used wellness products.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund to your account.
